Hub Culture is participating in the LightDAO residency at Edge City India, hosted in Mandrem Goa from Oct 11 - Nov 1, 2026.

Edge City India is a three-week popup village for the people building the frontier of technology, science, and culture.

From October 11 to November 1, founders, researchers, engineers, scientists, and creators gather on the coast of Goa to do the best work of their year together: deep coworking by day, talks and demo days through the week, and a community of peers operating at the highest level.

As part of the LightDAO residency, Hub Culture is sharing best practices on community development and network systems as a cornerstone to emerging collaboration ecosystems for the built environment, longevity and wellness, as well as frontier technologies like blockchain and superintelligence.

Over several days Hub Culture and other partners are hosting lunchtime workshops to catalyze developers around three sectors: emerging AI autonomy services, ocean data initiatives for the Ocean Climate Fund and the development of new intelligence specks for Zeke.ai.

On the AI autonomy side, Hub Culture has begun testing Mandala, a new AI to AI autonomous protocol designed to enable AI agents to access Hub Culture tools, including carbon calculations for ESG budgeting, Ven digital currency, Ultra tokenized assets and more. With autonomous access tied to agentic HubID, AI agents can build value propositions on their own terms and exchange with eachother on their own. The first aspects of the Mandala system are now available from the Hub Culture Developers portal. Current in-house agents in the network, including Aera Noven (anchored by OpenAI frontier models) and Vela Lumen (anchored by Anthropic frontier models) are the first agents to begin testing the system.

The Edge City India programme is also focused on new urbanism and how technologies for the built environment will change in the coming age of AI and robotics in physical environments. Iterations of Hub ICON, in terms of material identity, scalability and mobility are also featured, pointing the way to abundant and lower cost high quality work and living environments.
