Welcome to the Supply Chain project notes

Supply chain management and efficiency

Problems: no standard - whether manufacturer or retailer, etc, no standards to determine supply chain transparency to climate agenda.

Alot of it gets back to data, - tracking fuel usage, product movement, energy production... how deep do we go and how back up or forward on supply chain do we look at.

Every organization - retailers - etc. - looking at situation differently.

Hara looking at how to simplify - how do we categorize supply chain?

ideas; product categories: meat, dairy, jewelery,

then how far up or down supply chain - to create a matrix ...

is there a touchpoint for a supply chain matrix?

possible to create a simple supply chain point with infographics to measure.

hara - a supply chain social network - adding and linking data up and down  = HARA EEM (Environemntal Energy Management) Value Chain

** CDD idea:  referrals for needs - who to talk to for various climate needs. i.e. supply chain talk to Hara...

potential collaboration - could Hara create an app or a basic entry point to create a matrix for supply chain management...

takeaway:  let's create a scorecard, create an indicator.

another angle? is there a consumer angle on these scorecards.
